Valentine Marshmallow Pops

Can you believe Valentine’s Day is in (almost) a week? I have a blogger confession. I haven’t figured out any sort of awesome homemade gift for my Valentine yet. I had to give him the Sharpie Mug early because he sorta saw me working on the post. Oops! My kids have LOVED doing the Valentine Mailboxes every morning. But today I’m sharing a Valentine treat that seriously takes 10 minutes. The kids can help you make (and eat!) these yummy chocolate-covered marshmallows!

This is a total copycat Valentine’s version of the Patriotic Marshmallow Pops from last year.
I couldn’t help it, it’s SO easy!

Melt your dipping chocolate according to package directions,
dip the mallows and add your favorite sprinkles.
Then let those cute little chocolatey hearts harden
on wax or parchment paper and you’re done!

You can use paper straws to make a mallow bouquet,
or put them in a clear bag and tie with your favorite ribbon.

These yummy treats are perfect for Valentine party favors, teacher gifts,
or just a fun afternoon activity with your kids.

What treats are YOU making for your Valentine this year?
