Cadbury Mini Egg Pretzel Treats

I think I speak for a lot of you when I say one of my favorite things about this time of year are the Easter treats. We’re not talkin’ jelly beans. Cadbury Mini Eggs, baby. Aren’t they so yummy? I used some to make these easy Cadbury Mini Egg Easter treats – a spin on a dessert you may already know and love!
Here’s what you need to make this Pretzel Turtle spin-off treat:
  •  snap or mini pretzels
  • Rolo candies (the minis that are already unwrapped? Brilliant!)
  • Cadbury Mini Eggs
  • pecans (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350º. Arrange pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put one Rolo mini on each pretzel and bake for 3-5 minutes. Watch ‘em carefully! You want them to look soft, but not melted all over the place.

Then carefully press a mini egg (or pecan) onto each Rolo and let cool. You can speed up the process by refrigerating for 30 minutes. I put some in these cute mini-cupcake liners (why is everything cuter in miniature?) from Wilton.
Put a group of these little mini treats on a platter for your spring get-togethers, or a teacher/neighbor gift!
